How much does ServiceTitan cost?

The setup fee is the part that surprises people

Most software lets you sign up and start. ServiceTitan charges a separate implementation fee first, reported between $5,000 and $50,000. One reviewer quoted by Projul said their rollout took about eight months and cost close to $25,000 before the team used it daily.

That matters for cash flow. Several complaints describe paying a full year of subscription while still waiting to finish onboarding. Ask for the go live date in the contract, and ask what happens to billing if that date slips.

How the quote gets made

ServiceTitan does not publish prices. A rep works out your size, what you need and how soon, then prices the deal to match. Discounts depend on timing and on whether you are talking to a rival. The numbers on this page are what buyers and analysts report paying, not a list price.

Because the bill is per technician, per month, the quote grows with every seat you add. Count the seats you will really use before the call.

Before you decide

ServiceTitan makes sense for shops with roughly 10 technicians and up, where dispatch, call tracking and reporting save real hours every week. Below that, the per tech price plus the setup fee is hard to earn back. A three tech shop paying $245 a head is $735 a month, or $8,820 a year, before the implementation fee, for software that mostly replaces a shared calendar and a spreadsheet. Price the flat rate tools first at that size, then move up when dispatch volume hurts.

One more thing to ask on the call: what happens to your data if you leave. Export formats and notice periods are easier to agree before you sign than after.
